Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to lead our Dubai sales team. You will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Drive business growth while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth.
